Celebrating the "land of legends," The Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience is a state-of-the-art facility that captures the essence of Mississippi’s legacy in the arts, celebrates the Mississippians who created it, and inspires the artists of the future. Exhibits honor Elvis, Oprah, William Faulkner, B.B. King, John Grisham, and dozens more Mississippi legends.  The MAX also boasts two art studios, a recording studio, multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, live performances, and an events calendar packed with hands-on activities and learning experiences.
